Itâs been a few months since the last edition of âBulletsâ came out in October â24, so letâs fix it ASAP!
My kind of person!
This is a post dedicated to all the people I consider âmy kind of personâ â those who share my values and make life a little brighter. If youâre nodding your head while reading this, youâre probably one of them!
Why do we feel the need to fake it?
I have an issue when I see something fake or unauthentic, especially when it comes to people who either fool or BS me or others.
What triggered me to write this post was one person in my network, who was a regular poster and a very active member. One day, I saw a post from them that said something like: âThe most satisfying thing about starting a new job is logging out of LinkedIn and feeling grateful that you donât have to check it for a while.â They also disabled comments.
Famous or seen?
The other day, a friend of mine shared an exciting momentâthey received a ⥠from a very famous person on Twitter/X. Given their current follower count and reach, this was quite a thing! It made him proud to be noticed by someone he âfollowsâ (someone I respect too, for that matter).
And honestly, it made me happy as well! I hold my friend, and their contributions, in such high regard â so such recognition shouldnât come as surprise:)
Wishes for 2025
Wish you lots of health, happiness, and success in 2025! đ May you feel love from the people who matter to you and even from the strangers you encounter every day!
As we step into a new year, an idea keeps buzzing in my head⌠What if big social media platforms just stopped working? Imagine a world filled with meaningful conversations, vibrant communities, and personal blogsâwhere we donât spend time discovering the most-watched TikTok video of 20241.
A year away: lessons from 12 months of just living
I always imagined writing a post with this title while lounging in a fancy place, like a cozy flat with a crackling fireplace, or maybe on a beach with the sound of waves in the background. Instead, here I am, sitting at my desk in front of my computer, reflecting on what turned out to be one of the happiest 12 months of my life.

I made a coffee table!
I just finished my first coffee table made of oak. It looks nice, but itâs not just another oak table, this is my first one. Moreover, this one has history involving unfinished shelves, broken corners, accidents and many more.
Cyk012: Making pierniki, ToruĹ, Poland, 2024

Here are some photos from the making of pierniki in ToruĹ, Poland, 2024. When I look at these pictures, I can almost smell the gingerbread. The recipe is quite simple, you need:
- honey
- cinnamon
- pepper
- nutmeg
- ginger
- cloves
- flour
and then you mix it all together and bake it đ¤ˇđťââď¸.
Oh, and if you happen to be in ToruĹ, you should definitely visit The Living Museum of Gingerbreads. Itâs a great place to learn about the history of gingerbread and see how itâs made. Enjoy!
